These guidelines are designed to clarify our service offerings, payment procedures, cancellation policies, and data protection practices to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Payments:
  • We accept all major methods of payment, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.
  • Payments are required up to 48 hours before scheduled travel unless otherwise agreed, providing peace of mind and the flexibility to adjust client plans.
  • Charges associated with essential parking for a booking will be invoiced at cost unless already integrated into our service charge.
  • Additional costs may be incurred for variations in the journey involving extended time or mileage.
  • Toll and congestion charges will be included in the cost of the journey.
  • An “unsocial hours” surcharge is applicable for bookings with pick-up times between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
  • Payments for account bookings are expected within 30 days from the invoice date.
Bookings:
  • ExeQline Transfers requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any email bookings. If you would like to book a vehicle with less than 24 hours notice, please call our office at +44 7766 2626 53.
  • ExeQline Transfers is committed to ensuring the punctual arrival of vehicles at specified locations. However, we disclaim responsibility for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical issues, traffic, accidents, or severe weather conditions, and any ensuing consequential loss.
  • The driver will opt for the most appropriate route unless instructed otherwise by the client, with the potential for additional charges.
  • Unless expressly indicated during booking, automatic accommodation of extra pick-ups or drop-offs is not guaranteed. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to fulfil such requests.
  • Waiting time, subject to change at £30/hour, will be applied 1 hour after landing or if the driver must wait either at the outset or during a journey. For non-airport collections, waiting charges are applicable after a 15-minute grace period from the booked time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs or displaying behaviour that puts our driver or other passengers at risk. Furthermore, we retain the right to terminate any journey due to passenger misconduct.
  • We reserve the right to substitute or occasionally provide subcontracted vehicles.
Vehicle availability:
  • ExeQline Transfers strives to provide its chauffeur services with the specified vehicle. However, in the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to provide cars from reputable third-party companies.
  • If the designated vehicle is not available, we may, at our discretion, upgrade your ride to a higher-class vehicle without incurring any additional charges. This upgrade is aimed at ensuring your comfort and satisfaction.
  • In situations where a substitution or upgrade is necessary, ExeQline Transfers will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance. However, unforeseen circumstances may require immediate changes.
  • Regardless of the vehicle source or potential upgrade, we maintain our commitment to providing high-quality chauffeur services, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • ExeQline Transfers reserves the right to make adjustments to reservations when necessary. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences and maintain the highest standards of service.
Cancellation policy and charges:
  • Failure of the passenger to appear and make contact with our driver at the scheduled time and pick-up point may lead to a full charge for the journey.
  • Our cancellation policy aligns with vehicle availability; upon acceptance of your booking, we reserve the vehicle exclusively for the client, leading to the rejection of other bookings for that vehicle at the specific time and date.
  • We understand that plans can change, so we commit to cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Any cancellation or rescheduling request should be sent to us by email and confirmed with the client by ExeQline Transfers.
  • If a cancellation request is made within 24 to 12 hours before the scheduled trip, there will be a charge of 50% of the original fare.
  • In cases of last-minute changes, if the trip is cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled service, there will be a charge of 100% of the original fare.

      Additional terms for A to B, as directed, wait & return and event bookings:

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time:

     No cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

     A cancellation fee equivalent to up to 3 hours of hire will apply.

  • Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time:

     A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking, capped at a maximum of 8 hours of hire, will apply.

Privacy Policy:
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process, including name, contact details, and payment information, will be used solely for the purpose of providing our chauffeur services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • We may use your contact information to communicate with you regarding your bookings, updates to our services, or promotional offers unless you opt out of such communications.
  • Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies if you prefer.
Terms of Service:
  • By booking our chauffeur services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Our services are provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on our website or through our services.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services for any reason, without notice, at any time.
  • Your use of our services is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
